Sessions range from 30 minutes (Wave I) to 60 minutes (Wave VIII). Each session includes a preparation phase with the Gateway Affirmation and Resonant Tuning, the main exploration, and a guided return.

Focus Levels are specific states of consciousness you'll learn to access. Focus 10 is "mind awake, body asleep." Focus 12 is expanded awareness. Higher levels (15, 21, 23, 25, 27) represent progressively deeper explorations. You'll build these skills gradually across the waves.
